Kits without controller include 12" Brushless Fan, 1 ECM and 3ft wiring. 

Kits with digital controller include 12" Brushless Fan, 1 ECM, digital controller, 3ft power harness with single relay/fuse module & choice of sensor (probe or 3/8npt)
